The staff is very friendly and considerate. The breakfast is actually free Spacious and comfortable room. Not all the rooms has the big bath tub shown in the profile picture. If that interests you, you need to request for a room with a big tub. They even offered us a free shuttle pick up from and to the Newark Penni station. That is not part of the standard service they provide

Made reservation on booking.com app. Called hotel regarding shuttle and was advised that shuttle would be sent. Shuttle arrived in approximately 20 minutes to bring me to hotel. Because I arrived late at night I was given a later check out. Made reservation for shuttle back to airport. Was dropped off at right terminal. All in all a good experience. Some renovations being done. Would definitely stay again. Shuttle and check in were very welcoming.

Shuttle bus came as promised within 15-20 minutes of contacting the hotel from the airport pick up point. Runs roughly every 30 mins during the day and can be reserved at the hotel for return journeys. Check in was friendly and the room was comfortable and outside noise minimal. My early flight had been cancelled next day so I could sleep in. Didn't have breakfast. A good stay.

Awesome staff, everyone is very helpful and friendly. The Airport shuttle is a lifesaver, and the breakfast is so good! The bed is super comfy. I really appreciated my stay.

The room was well worth it with a couch and mini kitchen, staff super helpful, and restaurant exceptional. Really appreciate everyone’s help and the food was delicious and cost-effective. Highly recommend!

The hotel was easily accessed from the airport via their shuttle which was helpful. The room was quite large and comfy with AC to escape the higher temps.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean! The location was only 8 minutes or so from the Prudential Center which is where I was attending an event. I would definitely stay again seeing as I go to the Prudential Center often for concerts!
