We were supposed to arrive via an international flight, but our flight was canceled and we rebooked to a new flight 2 days later. However, we were within the 24 hour period when we received the flight cancellation, so we would not get a refund. I called Best Western directly and sent a message on Booking.com to reschedule our booking for 2 days later and asked if they can not charge us for the previous booking. They understood our difficulties and accommodated to our new travel plans. Thank you for understanding and being flexible. In addition to their flexibility, the hotel is always within minutes of the airport and the shuttle is available every 30 minutes 24 hours a day to take us to and from the airport. That is the biggest reason why we continue to choose this hotel over others.

The room was larger than we expected for the price we paid. Slept with no issues, beds where comfortable, air conditioning worked well. The restaurant was amazing too. The evening meal was exceptional and breakfast was a self serve buffet. Staff where super friendly and helpful with providing local knowledge. Provided Free Shuttle from the airport and helped us with luggage.

Convenience and ease of getting to and from the airport was of primary importance to me. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous while I was there and on the phone before I came. Thank you to them. The room was comfortable and the on site restaurant very much appreciated. I always stay here when I come to the NY/NJ area through EWR.

The hotel is really close to the airport, which makes it an excellent stay for when you have a short layover. The airport shuttle is really fast, and they can be dialled when you reach P4 with the air train. In general, it takes about fifteen minutes for the shuttle to arrive and the drivers are really friendly and helpful.

We had a flight that was cancelled, and we had slept on the floor in the airport, after we got to the hotel, Pamela who was at the front desk, was able to get us into a room as soon as they cleaned it. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help us take the stress away, after that, it was all a bonus!!
